Santa Barbara Festival 2025
On January 25, 2025, Connect Global carried out his second Life Festival in Cordoncillo, a corner full of history and need, an hour and a half from Medellín. A group of volunteers, united by the same purpose, set out on the journey with a mission in their hearts: sowing hope and transforming lives.

A Bridge of Hope in the Cordoncillo Village
The event was made possible by teamwork with the community and the unwavering commitment of Mateo Rendon, community leader and Santa Barbara City Councilmember, who has dedicated his life to serving children, youth, and adults. For him, Festival Vida is not just an event, it is an opportunity to bring a message of love, faith and restoration to those who need it most.
A Day of Smiles, Faith and Reflection
From the first moment, joy was present. The children received their school kits with shining eyes, a gift that for many represents more than school supplies: it means opportunities, dreams and a future full of possibilities. Through the workshop «The Book without Words», they discovered, in each color, a message of love, forgiveness and sacrifice that Jesus left us.
The young people participated in the workshop «Life Projection», where they not only talked about their aspirations, but They discovered that their dreams can come trueThey understood that they are not alone, that their story matters and that they have the power to change their future and that of their community.
Meanwhile, the parents found themselves in a space of dialogue and healing. The family workshop became a refuge, a place where they could share their difficulties in tears, find comfort in prayer and renew their hope in God.
