Festival Pueblo Rico 2025 - Conectar Global

Pueblo Rico Festival 2025

On January 18, 2025, the dawn at the Bernardino Panche Indigenous Reservation, in Pueblo Rico, Antioquia, Colombia, was not just another day. As the sun rose over the mountains, a group of volunteers with committed hearts arrived loaded with hope, faith, and a firm purpose: to transform lives through the Vida Festival.

Vida Festival: A Bridge of Hope in the Heart of the Bernardino Panche Indigenous Reservation

The event, led by Conectar Global and the tireless community leader José Luis Cano, was a meeting of souls, a space where music, sports, workshops, and the message of Jesus intertwined with the culture and stories of a resilient community.

A Day That Leaves Its Mark

The children, with their eyes full of curiosity, participated in the workshop “The Book without Words”, where colors spoke more than a thousand words about the love and sacrifice of Christ. The young people, inspired by the testimony of our volunteer Jenifer, discovered that their dreams are possible and that they can be leaders who make a difference in their community. Even the few mothers present found in the Parents Workshop valuable tools to build safer and more loving homes.

The indigenous governor, moved by the impact of the festival, left us an open door: “If you wish to return, you will always be welcome.” Words that resonated in our hearts, reminding us that this is only the beginning of a relationship based on respect, faith and shared hope.
